ABOUT US
MoonDrop Events took root with West Coast music festival production in 2008. By 2010, we were offering operational and logistical support to events of all sizes and styles, finding a niche in creating intentional, 'outside-the-box' gatherings.
From small, intimate affairs to large-scale festivals, we strive to execute events and supply teams that not only aim to impress, but also create a unique experience for our clients and their guests - with just the right touch of magic.
Currently producing events out of Austin, Texas, and the Bay Area, MoonDrop is also known for creating amazing destination events all over the world.

UNIQUE & MAGICAL WEDDINGS
We just finished our 14th festival-style wedding. Rob & Masha were married amongst the Redwoods in a beautiful Northern California town. This spectacular event was a 3-day "Forest Fancy" themed wedding weekend, which included fire dancers, aerialists, flashmobs & an exquisite 'Oysters in the Garden' reception with live music. The food was delicious and the smiles were endless.
MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVALS
We’re still basking in the afterglow of Envision Festival 2024 where we head up the Business Operations department.
RETREATS
MoonDrop's last retreat was an intimate women's gathering weekend to celebrate a soon-to-be bride. We brought in healers and speakers to help set intentions and make blessings for our guest of honor. The event included an opening ceremony, guided meditation, photoshoot, vision board creations, and cacao ceremony.
