MoonDrop Events took root with West Coast music festival production in 2008. By 2010, offering operational and logistical support to events of all sizes and styles, finding a niche in creating intentional, 'outside-the-box' gatherings.
From small, intimate affairs to large-scale festivals, we strive to execute events and supply teams that not only aim to impress, but also create a unique experience for our clients and their guests - with just the right touch of magic.

Our Latest and Greatest
UNIQUE & MAGICAL WEDDINGS
We just wrapped up our 19th festival-style wedding at ATX Guitar Pool, a unique venue in the heart of Austin. The couple celebrated their love surrounded by lush greenery and a serene pool in this vibrant setting. Highlights of the event included delicious tacos and ice cream from local food trucks, captivating fire dancers, and an exhilarating DJ battle between the bride and groom. An antique telephone audio guest book added a personal touch with heartfelt messages from friends and family. The atmosphere was filled with joy, creating unforgettable memories for everyone involved!
MUSIC AND ART FESTIVALS
We’re still basking in the afterglow of Elements Festival 2025 where we head up the Business Operations department.
RETREATS
MoonDrop's last retreat was an intimate women's gathering weekend to celebrate a soon-to-be bride. We brought in healers and speakers to help set intentions and make blessings for our guest of honor. The event included an opening ceremony, guided meditation, photoshoot, vision board creations, and cacao ceremony.
